10. Production & Delivery delays: We are passionate about meeting production and delivery schedules and giving our customers value for money spent doing business with us.
However, you understand and agree that certain situations may arise that could disrupt our production and delivery schedules. You agree not to hold NigeriaPortableCabin.com, Erimama Investment Company Limited, or any of its agents liable for production and delivery delays caused by natural disasters, civil unrest, labour downtimes, strikes, fuel scarcity, payment irregularities, insecurity, specification changes after manufacture has commenced, failure to pay as per the agreed payment schedule and / or any other factors beyond the control of NigeriaPortableCabin.com, Erimama Investment Company Limited, or any of its agents.
11. Dispute Resolution: You understand and agree that any dispute arising from your use of this website or the services provided by this website and which results in a lawsuit will be settled in a court of law in Lagos State, Nigeria.
12. Building Plans: This website contains some building plans developed by NigeriaPortableCabin.com and Erimama Investment Company Limited. We have sole copyright to these building plans. You will be violating our copyright if you share or sell our building plans without written permission from NigeriaPortableCabin.com or Erimama Investment Company Limited. Violators will be prosecuted.
13. Design Change: Any change in design or layout plan requested by customers after price have been agreed will attract additional cost. We reserve the right to decline implementing any change in design if the change in design is requested after manufacture has commenced.
In the event that the change in design or layout plan can be incorporated into already agreed design, the customer must agree in writing to pay the additional cost as per the payment terms of Erimama Investment Company Limited before the change can be implemented. And the desired change must be communicated in writing before it will be accepted as coming from the officially recognized communication channel of the customer or organization.
14. Website Modifications: We reserve the right to make changes to any aspect of this website, the services provided by this website, and our revenue sharing program and payment plan as we deem fit.
You agree that posting the updated terms of service or program changes on this website is appropriate and sufficient notice. And your continued use of this site or our services indicates acceptance of the changes.
